Lynne is our head buyer and she only buys the best. Sourcing the softest wool and luxury cottons from around the world, she’s the reason you stay so snug. She also happens to be our team Mum and is the person that we call for anything and everything.

Mark is our CEO, Financial Director, and Head of Customer Service, making sure an email never goes unread! And, when Mark isn’t busy running the show here at Jam, you’ll most probably find him out on an actual run … the man doesn’t stop!

Andrew is the Creative Director and heads up the design team at JAM. Andrew has an amazing eye for detail and and creates truly beautiful spaces, clothing and content. When he’s not sussing out the surf, he’s working on the future of JAM, every garment and product goes through him. He’s also handy with an electric saw, a master builder and could teach a degree in FUN.

Anna has been jamming pretty much from the start. She’s a bit of a protégé and heads up the flagship store in Salcombe. Day to day Anna is busy scouting out new factories, editing the website, ordering our next collections and cliff climbing (Andrew’s idea of photoshoots). At heart, Anna is a sun baby - whether it be days on the water, afternoons at the beach or even hopping on a plane … she chases the sun! Come the weekend you’ll most likely find Anna BBQ’ing, brunching or on a mission to find the best coffee Devon has to offer…

Lucy is our city girl running our King’s Road store, taking on the task of organising our events calendar for the year and devising marketing strategies. Although rooted in London, Lucy does, in fact, have ties to the South West as an Exeter University graduate. Like many of us, Lucy is a lover of the sun and likes to hop on a plane and chase it all over the world, wherever it may be!

Izzy is busy right now – surfing – she’ll be back soon to design the next drop of Jam t’s. Izzy is the other designer in the team and happens to be pretty skilled with a sewing machine. She also manages the store in Padstow and has the most contagious laugh - you’ve just got to meet her to know what we mean. 

Ellie has joined the team in 2024, and will be managing our Falmouth store and the company socials making her responsible for our Instagram and Pinterest content. Ellie has a passion for activities, so can regularly be seen running, swimming or doing yoga anywhere along a Southern Cornwall coastal path!

Thea heads up the digital marketing while managing our store in Dartmouth.  She’s an expert in all things social media (Jam has now hit tiktok!!) and we would bet on her to beat anyone in an arm wrestle – her workouts are next level @theafituk.

Meagan is our resident yoga teacher here at Jam. When she’s not managing our St Ives store, you’ll usually find her teaching yoga on the beach. Meagan has made her way to sunny St Ives from Jersey but has always felt at home in the sea, whether she be swimming or surfing. As well as managing our St Ives store, Meagan is also part of our customer service team and in charge of exploring new business opportunities…..watch this space!
