It’s Lobster Season!
Summer is in full swing and we are back with a new Lobster print collection. Lovingly designed by artist and long-time family friend, Lara Pelling, our new lobster collection truly is the quintessence of the sunny season, making them the perfect addition to any and everyone's summertime wardrobe. After all, Lobster season is here!
Here at Jam we are all about family, it’s an intrinsic part of who we are and what our business has been about since the beginning. After two years of uncertainty, fear and isolation for so many of us, togetherness is not only something we have learnt to treasure but something we have all mastered. So this season we have continued illustrating our familial roots and chosen to collaborate with long-time family friend and artist, Lara Pelling, in curating our new ‘Lara’ range.
Since its debut in 2018, our lobster range is without a doubt a firm Jam staple. From swim shorts and summer skirts to a co-ord sets and a range of shirts, this coastal inspired collection has been an eternal sellout. Think long summer-days with a sun kissed nose and sandy toes … our lobster collections have been made for times like these.
Much like us, Lara’s heart belongs to the coastline and resides along the North Coast of Cornwall. Also known as @larapellingpaints on insta; Lara spends her time painting beautiful bespoke art pieces, from custom greeting cards and table stationery to signature oil paintings and prints. With a mutual devotion and love for coastal living, it only seemed right to finally join forces and collaborate on a range for the summer season ahead!
Made from a cotton linen blend, our new Lara shirt is made for those Summer days basking in the sunlight. Not only is it known to be one of the softest and lightest materials around, our cotton linen blended fabric - unlike other linen blended fabrics - is easy to look after. So, you can truly enjoy the benefits of linen without having to think about any of those elaborate washing instructions.

And for the ladies, we bring you a Jam first. Made from a cotton/linen bled, may we introduce to you the Lara’s Lobsters playsuit. Designed for days spent with sand between your toes, this is the perfect beach outfit to throw on after a dip in the ocean!
A summer collection isn’t quite complete without a pair of swimmers. And, our new Lara's Lobsters swim shorts are the perfect pair for in and out of the water. Made from 65% recycled polyester, Lara’s Lobsters are a classic pair of pink men’s boardies featuring Lara’s signature Lobster illustration … pair with a tan and a margarita (or two!) and you’re good to go!
