And, with corduroy being one of the softest yet most hard-wearing fabrics there is, our new corduroy Everyday jacket is one of those intrinsic wardrobe staples, for both him and her.
Introducing the latest addition to our ever-growing workwear collection, the Everyday jacket. Made from 100% cotton corduroy, our new burnt orange jacket is designed to work as a shirt or jacket… or shacket, if you will. With the constant transition of the British weather forecast firmly in mind, our Everyday jacket is made from a double-weight corduroy, which means extra durability, warmth and lifespan… truly made to be lived in.
With a mission to create high-quality trans-seasonal garments that are designed to be shared from one generation to the next, we wanted to create a timeless piece that can be worn year round by everyone. With this in mind, we knew that corduroy is considered one of the most timeless fabrics around. And, being an incredibly hard-wearing and rigid fabric with a velvet-like appearance and cosy feel, it is very much a transitional fabric between the Summer and Autumn seasons…a mainstay and principal quality that is essential in any sustainable wardrobe.
We believe that creating unisex pieces of clothing is incredibly important, giving our customers the freedom to wear exactly what they want, how they want, whenever they want. The idea behind its name - the Everyday jacket - was to curate a staple piece of clothing that was able to suit a profusion of different genders, lifestyles, weathers and wardrobes. We firmly believe that the Everyday jacket encompasses and represents so many of our core values; creating comfortable, versatile, timeless and sustainable garments that are made to be lived in, everyday.
